RDC includes a permanent conversation-history deletion action for paired conversation data. Use the in-app deletion control when available.
If you cannot use the in-app deletion control, email BAGH Apps at the address above with the subject RDC Calculator Data Deletion Request. Include only the minimum information needed to identify the relevant RDC pair or installation. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive message content.
Depending on what is still associated with the RDC pair or installation, the request may cover conversation records, user-selected shared media/files, pairing-related backend records, and other data that RDC can reasonably identify and delete. Some limited security, diagnostic, or service-provider records may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity purposes, or according to applicable provider retention periods.
BAGH Apps may ask for limited information necessary to verify that the requester is authorized to request deletion of the relevant data.
